Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery or pickup, as long as it is unopened and still sealed in its original packaging, with the receipt.

Opened or activated products cannot be returned. They are covered by the official warranty of the product.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will exchange it or arrange the warranty repair.

Delivery fees are not refundable.
